Wisemeal Millet Noodles are a wholesome reinvention of comfort food. Each 65g pack is made from foxtail millet blended with whole wheat — naturally high in fibre and far gentler on your system than refined maida.
Unlike most instant noodles, ours are never deep-fried — carefully air-dried, with no added MSG and no artificial colours.
Boil
Drop the noodle cake into 1 cups of boiling water. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
Drain and toss
Drain the water, return noodles to the pan and toss in the tastemaker sachet evenly.
Make it yours
Add sauteed veggies, an egg or paneer for a fuller meal. Serve hot and slurp away.
Tip: because these are whole-grain and not fried, they take a minute or two longer than ordinary noodles.
